Love is the answer
Love is a many slendor thing
Crazy in love
All you need is love…

That’s easy to say or sing, but how do you do it? How do you cultivate love in its many forms so that it brings about happiness for oneself and others?

For centuries, the set of meditation practices called the Brahmavihāras (loosely translated as ‘divine abidings’ or ‘the immeasurables’) have been used to cultivate peace, presence and an open heart. They are the practices of loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity.

They lead to sublime mental states, and there is no limit to how far you can take them.
This seven-week journey will be guided by three experienced teachers as an introduction to these practices.

Each class will include periods of meditation practice, dialogue, Dharma teaching and discussion. You will learn each of the practices, be guided in how to work with each practice in meditation and daily life, and given materials to support practice between classes.
